A Sukhoi Superjet SSJ100-95 test flight has landed on its belly at the airport in Reykjavik Sunday, ending his race off track but making only slightly injured.

Russian jet fourth development apparatus according to the manufacturer, took off July 21, 2013 with five people on board for testing automatic crosswind landing and flight simulation on a single reactor. It seems that it is first presented on Runway 20 at Keflavik airport before making a loop and land on runway 11. According to testimony, the landing gear would not come out and Superjet ended his race on his stomach in the grass at the end of runway, with visible damage on the right platform. Recall that Sukhoi had experienced a crash in Indonesia on 9 May 2012, the eight crew and 37 passengers seeking death for a demonstration flight members. The survey showed that the pilot had ignored alarms, perhaps too busy to answer questions from visitors on board.

The Superjet 234 was ordered copies by Aeroflot, Transaero and UTair but also by Indonesian Kartika Air and Sky Aviation, Mexican Interjet, Lao Central Airlines, Orient Thai Airlines and leasing companies Pearl Aircraft Corp.. Finance and Leasing Company. Sixteen have been delivered, including two to the launch customer Armavia which eventually give up.
