SWISS: 300 tickets to win

SWISS launches "Seats for Switzerland", a competition that allows participants to earn 300 free airline tickets to celebrate a reunion with one or more people off.

From 2 September 2013, anyone who wishes to review a family member, a former classmate or a childhood sweetheart who left Switzerland is eligible to win one of 300 free airline tickets offered by the Swiss company, subsidiary the German Lufthansa. Anyone can apply to obtain up to four tickets writing on "Seats for Switzerland" a statement of the reasons you want a reunion. Its history will be evaluated by a jury of SWISS. The chances of winning can be increased by asking the public to vote for its own history. If 50 people vote for the story, the "candidate" sees rewarded with one additional vote from the jury. The stories must be submitted by October 6, 2013 and can be assessed until 13 October 2013.

"Through this transaction, SWISS demonstrates its commitment to the Swiss population, while thanking her for her loyalty. The campaign will begin with the first TV spot inspired the rebranding of the brand SWISS. Everything will be accompanied by various communication and cooperation throughout Switzerland ", says the company in a statement.

SWISS lance « Seats for Switzerland », un concours qui permet aux participants de gagner 300 billets d’avion gratuits pour célébrer des retrouvailles avec une ou plusieurs personnes vivant au loin.

À partir du 2 septembre 2013, quiconque souhaite revoir un membre de sa famille, un ancien camarade de classe ou un amour de jeunesse ayant quitté la Suisse peut prétendre gagner l’un des 300 billets d’avion gratuits proposés par la compagnie suisse, filiale de l’allemande Lufthansa. Chacun peut postuler pour l’obtention d’un à quatre billets en écrivant sur « Seats for Switzerland » un texte expliquant les motifs des retrouvailles souhaitées. Son histoire sera évaluée par un jury de SWISS. Les chances de gain peuvent être augmentées en demandant au public de voter pour sa propre histoire. Si 50 personnes votent pour le récit, le « candidat » se voit gratifié d’une voix supplémentaire émanant du jury. Les récits doivent être envoyés d’ici au 6 octobre 2013 et peuvent être évalués jusqu’au 13 octobre 2013.

« Par cette opération, SWISS témoigne son attachement auprès de la population suisse, tout en la remerciant pour sa fidélité. La campagne débutera par un premier spot télévisé inspiré du rebranding de l’image de marque de SWISS. Le tout sera accompagné de diverses actions de communication et de coopération dans toute la Suisse« , explique la compagnie dans un communiqué.

• The top eight European carriers reported encouraging results: their operating profit in the second quarter is 50% up on the same period in 2012.
• There were 0.7% fewer flights in June 2013 compared with 2012 and the same number in July. But August data show a 0.4% increase - the first growth in 18 months!
